If you have an authorisation, you can give it to someone else. This is called transferring it. However, for the transfer to work, you need to tell the Minister and the right regional council about it in writing. The transfer only becomes official after they have received your written notice.

163Authorisation transferable
Every authorisation may be transferred by its holder to any other person, but the transfer shall not
