Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007

Regulation of immigration advisers - Cancellation and suspension of licence, etc

33: Expiry of licence

You could also call this:

“Your immigration adviser licence will end if you don't renew it on time”

If you have a licence as an immigration adviser, you need to renew it before it expires. If you don’t apply to renew your licence on or before the day it’s set to expire, the Registrar will mark your licence as expired in the official register. The Registrar will do this as soon as they can after the expiry date has passed.
