“Changes to other laws because of the new health and safety law”
This schedule lists changes that need to be made to other laws because of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. The changes affect many different Acts and rules.
The schedule has two main parts. The first part lists 24 Acts that need to be changed. These Acts cover many areas, like building, civil defence, electricity, gas, railways, and more.
The second part of the schedule lists 10 sets of rules, called legislative instruments, that also need to be changed. These rules are about things like biosecurity costs, playgroups, electricity safety, gas safety, and mines rescue.
