If you need to give a notice or legal document to a board, you can do it in two ways. You can leave it at the board’s registered office. Or you can send it through the post in a registered letter to the board at that office. If you do either of these things, the law will consider that you have properly given the notice or document to the board.

Any notice or legal process shall be deemed to be served upon a board if left at its registered office or if sent through the post in a registered letter addressed to the board at that office.
