Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008

Registration - Miscellaneous - Review and report on operation of this Part

45: Ministry must review and report on operation of this Part

You could also call this:

“The government checks if the law is working well and suggests improvements”

The Ministry has to look at how this part of the law is working. They need to do this within 5 years after this section starts. When they do this, they have to write a report for the Minister. This report needs to say if they think any changes should be made to this part of the law. The report should suggest if any changes are needed or would be helpful. After the Minister gets this report, they need to show it to the House of Representatives as soon as they can.
