Civil Aviation Act 1990

International air services licensing - Miscellaneous provisions

87ZF: Provisions of this Part in addition to requirements of regulations and rules

You could also call this:

“Aircraft doing international flights must follow all normal flying rules”

The law says that all aircraft used for scheduled international air services or non-scheduled international flights must follow the same rules and regulations as other aircraft. Even if an aircraft has a special licence for these services or flights, it still needs to obey all the normal aviation rules. This means that these aircraft don’t get any special treatment or exemptions from the usual safety and operational requirements just because they’re doing international flights or services.
