Student Loan Scheme Act 2011

Interest, relief, penalties and offences, rights of objection, and rights to challenge - Borrower's right to object to loan manager about details of loan advances

169: Power to require objection to be determined by chief executive

You could also call this:

“You can ask the boss to decide if you disagree with the student loan manager's decision”

If you make an objection about your student loan and the loan manager doesn’t fully agree with you, you can ask the chief executive to make a final decision. You need to tell the chief executive in writing that you want them to look at your objection. You have 21 days to do this after the loan manager tells you their decision. But don’t worry if you need more time - the chief executive can give you extra time if you need it.
