If you object to a decision about your student loan, the Disputes Tribunal or the District Court will make a decision about your objection. After they make their decision, the loan manager must tell the Commissioner about it as soon as they can. The loan manager will tell the Commissioner in the way that they have both agreed on. This is part of the law about student loans in New Zealand.
