163Offence to employ person to engage in prescribed electrical work in breach of section 74

  1. Every person who employs any person under a contract of service to do, or assist in doing, any prescribed electrical work in breach of section 74 commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 in the case of an individual, or $25,000 in the case of a body corporate.
