The statement of intent needs to include information about several things. It should talk about how the Corporation works with any Crown entity subsidiaries. It should also explain how much the Corporation uses other service providers, including those that are Crown entity subsidiaries.

The statement should say how much the Corporation is allowed to create and register Crown entity subsidiaries. It should also explain how any money made by a Crown entity subsidiary will be shared out.

The statement of intent must also include any other important information that this Act asks for.
